In order to receive any messages from a Mozeo managed shortcode, a “User” must initiate an opt-in. Opt-ins include:
Sending a text message KEYWORD to a Mozeo managed shortcode from your mobile phone
Signing-up on Mozeo or an affiliated website
Giving permission to opt-in to a Mozeo Partner, Affiliate, or Customer
TEXT MESSAGING CHARGES
The Mozeo Service is delivered without charge from Mozeo, however Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply. Standard text message charges will appear on your wireless bill, or will be deducted from your prepaid balance. The customer is liable for any mobile phone charges incurred (usage, subscription, etc) as a result of using any of Mozeo's services. Please consult your mobile service carrier's pricing plan to determine the charges for sending and receiving text messages.
TEXT MESSAGING SUBSCRIPTIONS & ALERTS
By Opting-In to a program, you are granting the content publisher to send you standard text messages. You ALWAYS have the right to unsubscribe at anytime from this service. You will receive up to 10 messages per month, unless otherwise noted.
HOW CAN YOU OPT OUT OF MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS FROM US?
While most of our visitors appreciate the services that registration on this site allows us to provide, we respect the right of each visitor to control how his or her personally identifiable information is used. This policy covers the text messaging services only of sites on Mozeo, or using Mozeo's services. You can contact the company for which service you registered for more information. The services outside of text messaging services on other sites, are not covered by Mozeo, and Mozeo is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other sites
IN THE EVENT OF A CORPORATE CHANGE IN CONTROL OF MOZEO, WHAT HAPPENS?
Should there be a corporate change in control, through merger, acquisition or bankruptcy, the information will be transferred to the new party-in-control of Mozeo Corporation.
