1.) What comes with my account?

  • You get a secure online account for viewing your members, editing mobile keywords, viewing reports, and sending text message blasts.
  • You can create additional users with limited or full permissions to your Mozeo account.
  • You can create mobile groups and schedule your text message blasts.
  • You can upload a pre-existing list of numbers.
  • You can sign up customers from your website, blog, social website, and from their mobile phone using a mobile keyword.
  • You can get a little more sophisticated by using our Mozeo API.
  • You can manage responses from your users and even send them a text back answering them.
  • Your account uses a shared short code for sending and receiving messages.

2.) How much setup is required?
We have done all the setup for you. Simply log in to the Mozeo Customer Portal, add some mobile numbers and blast text messages. If an additional application requires some setup, you will be able to do it all right from the Mozeo Customer Portal.

3.) How many messages should I buy?

  • If you are looking for a "Get Started" solution, with no billing hassle, start with the Pay As You Go plan. After a month or two, you'll know your approximate amount of messages being sent and you can flip over to a monthly plan and save some money.
  • If you know approximately how many potential mobile numbers you will hit, or you may already have a list of mobile numbers, we suggest choosing one of our monthly plans. Don't be scared either, whatever you don't use, rolls right over into the next month.
  • If you have very specific needs, or your know your messaging traffic will exceed what is listed here on our website, we recommend you give us a shout. We will work with you and define a program that fits your organization just right.

4.) How do I receive support?
Once logged into the Mozeo Customer Portal, there is a link for support. Simply click on that link, type in your question and one of our support reps will take care of you.

5.) How do get my list of numbers into my Mozeo Customer Portal?
There are three ways to do this. You can manually enter numbers in our easy to use form in the Mozeo Customer Portal, you can snag the HTML code for our Mozeo Widget and place it on your website or myspace page, or you can use a mobile keyword and allow people to sign up from their mobile phone. 6.) Will my contacts be able to text STOP to no longer receive messages?
Any user, at any time, can reply to any message sent from our system with the word STOP. This will lock their number and phone from receiving any further text messages from Mozeo. It is up to you to send quality information that keeps your users wanting more.

7.) Can I see how many messages I sent?
Yes. The Mozeo Customer Portal is loaded with Account Reports where you can easily see how many messages you sent, when you sent them, and how many credits you have left. To better understand how to do all of this, we urge you take a tour of Mozeo.

8.) How do I send a text message blasts?
Sending a text message blast is easy. In the Mozeo Customer Portal, you can create your message, save it, preview it, or send it. It is that simple. To better understand how to do this, we urge you take a tour of Mozeo.

9.) What if I just want to try this before purchasing a package?
No problems. Just click on the Get Started link, and you can create a sample account to try out the Mozeo Customer Portal for free. Not all the features are turned on, but you will get the idea of how easy it is.
