Reservations Gone Mobile...

About TableXchange
TableXchange is the first online community and marketplace which allows users to buy and sell reservations to the hottest restaurants in New York, San Francisco and the Hampton's. Their proprietary platform allows
users to post their unused reservations for sale so that members have the opportunity to dine last-minute where-ever they want.

The Challenge
TableXchange was ready to take their successful website and begin implementing a mobile strategy. With everyone always on-the-go, especially when you go to restaurants, TableXchange knows mobile solutions are a key feature for future growth and customer service. To start, TableXchange was looking to implement alerts and notifications off of their website to the mobile phone of their users. Having all the information, and currently being able to email it, they wanted to be able to easily send it to a user?'s cell phone without any difficult integrations or technical experience.

The Solution
Mozeo's API proved to be the best and easiest solution for TableXchange. The Mozeo API does not require any difficult programming or development skills. TableXchange was able to simply send their content to the mobile phone by making a secure call to Mozeo, and the SMS text messages were being sent. The setup and integration took no time at all. The documentation and examples that Mozeo provided were easy to follow, and aided the implementation. Mozeo answered any questions TableXchange had, and was ready to assist in any other way needed. No additional steps were required before the text messages were being sent.

The Results
TableXchange has seen the mobile alerts and notifications feature to continually grow in popularity off of their website. More and more users are now opting to use the send-to-phone option and receive updated
text messages of their restaurant reservations. There is not doubt that as overall more reservations are made through TableXchange, more and more text messages will fuel through. In addition to the alerts and notifications, TableXchange is indirectly building a database of their best customers to use for future mobile marketing purposes. For each text message that goes out, Mozeo provides TableXchange the mobile phone numbers that were captured. TableXchange now has a great marketing database to send future promotional mobile marketing material all through text messaging.

Future Plans
Building upon the success of this implementation, TableXchange is looking to expand into many more mobile initiatives. Part of their strategy will be to increase user interaction and participation all through the mobile phone. TableXchange and Mozeo are poised at innovating many more mobile solutions in the future.
