Your username and password
We ask that all customers protect their username and password to the fullest extent. We want your mobile numbers to stay secure and free of spam.
How are my customers mobile numbers protected?
We use industry standard encryption to ensure all of your numbers are kept secure in our databases.
I think my account has been compromised
If you feel your account has been compromised, simply logout and click the FORGOT PASSWORD link at the top. This will send you a new temporary password that you can change later. You can also change your username by clicking the PROFILE link at the top of the page once you are logged in the account center.
What can I do to protect the security of my account?
To prevent your account information from being obtained in a phishing scheme, only log in to legitimate pages of the websites you have an account with. For example, www.website.example.com is not a legitimate page on the www.website.com domain, but www.website.com/example is a legitimate page because it has the website.com domain. When in doubt, you can always just type our domain name into your browser to return to the legitimate site.
Are secured pages used for the account center?
We take appropriate precautions to protect user information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number or your password), we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We always post to a secure page when users are logging in and employ industry standard encryption.
