What does the messaging report tell me?
The messaging report is a roll-up report of your text messaging activity. We have included the option to choose a date range to give you better insight into your activity.
What does ACTIVE text messaging contacts mean?
An active contact is someone who has not chosen to opt out from receiving your text messages. The most common way people opt out is by texting STOP to our shortcode number 24587. Once they opt out, our system will no longer send them text messages.
Is the TOTAL number the amount of messages I am billed for?
Yes. The bottom line total on the messaging report is the amount of messages you are responsible for.
Can the Messaging Report show me OPT OUTS from one blast?
Yes. If you set the date range on the report to the day you sent out the blast, it will show you how many people have opted out from that point.
