How do I purchase text messages?
Click on ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and then PURCHASE TEXT MESSAGES. Once there, click on the PURCHASE TEXT MESSAGES button. This will allow you to select a messaging plan, and load your account with text messages.
How many text messages should I buy?
If you are looking for a GET STARTED solution, we recommend one mobile keyword and our 250 text message package. Do not be scared, whatever you do not use, rolls right over into the next month. If you have very specific needs, or you know your messaging traffic will exceed what is listed on our website, please contact support for volume pricing. We will work with you and define a program that fits your needs.
My credit card is not working?
If your credit card is not working, please check that you have entered your address and card information exactly as it appears on your card and bill. Also, please be sure your card has enough funds to cover the cost of the plan you are choosing. If your card is still not working, please contact our support team by clicking the SUPPORT link above.
My credit card was billed, but my plan was not updated?
If you know for sure that your credit card was billed, but your plan has not been updated, please put in a support request by clicking SUPPORT above. Be sure to include your transaction number with your request.
