Should I create my groups first before adding contacts?
Yes. By creating your groups first, our system will automatically make them available throughout your account so you can quickly add contacts to them.
How do I add contacts to my group?
Yes. At the top, click on CONTACTS AND GROUPS and then MANAGE GROUPS. If you have not created a group yet click on CREATE A NEW GROUP at the top. Once your group is created, you can connect your contacts by clicking on the ADD CONTACTS FROM YOUR LIST link.
Can I add contacts from a Mobile Keyword to a group?
Yes. At the top, click on CONTACTS AND GROUPS and then MANAGE GROUPS. If you have not created a group yet, you will click on CREATE A NEW GROUP at the top. Once your group is created, you can manage your group and connect your keyword to the group by clicking ADD CONTACTS FROM A KEYWORD.
How many groups can I have?
You can have as many groups as you would like, there is no limit.
